Non-medical mask export enterprises shall submit electronic or written joint declaration of the exporter and importer;
Exporters of novel coronavirus detection agents, medical masks, medical protective clothing, respirators and infrared thermometers certified or registered by foreign standards shall submit a written declaration at the customs declaration.
Thanks to the effective control of covid-19 epidemic in China and the large-scale production and factory expansion of related enterprises, China has become the largest producer and exporter of anti-epidemic products such as masks and protective clothing, helping many countries in the world fight against the epidemic.
In order to further strengthen epidemic prevention materials export quality supervision, the ministry of commerce, general administration of customs, state the market supervision administration jointly issued new measures, requirements since April 26, the export of surgical masks and other epidemic prevention medical supplies must be in accordance with the Chinese or foreign quality standards, to submission electronic or written at the time of customs declaration of import and export joint statement.
